As you know well, it is all about the money. If you cannot control your money, you cannot control your future either - and you have no freedom. First step towards your freedom must therefore include your taking control over your money and your financial future.

And that means that you do not accept that anyone else has powers to control your money, on your behalf, "for your own good", "for the benefit of society", "because you are loyal to your government", or for any other reason that simply is BS that has no other purpose than making you content with your current slavery... The fact of the matter is that your government can and will happily confiscate any money on any bank accounts or savings portfolios in your name, in your own country. In these modern times, banks regularly freeze accounts on government order!

If your own government does not want to give you the freedom you deserve (and most likely were promised in your country's constitution!), then we suggest you check out what other governments can do for you.

No, this does not mean that you need to relocate. It does not even require that you travel. But it does take that you are willing to think "outside the box" and learn how you truly can do exactly this, without breaking any laws in your own country.

What a webinar is?

It is an on-line conference or teleconference, an "Internet seminar" or "on-line seminar", or a "live lesson in offshore matters", if you will. It is an opportunity for you to attend some personal education, from the comfort of your home, with no long-distance phone charges, no travel. The presentations are heavily supported by graphics, and you can interact with the speaker, getting your questions answered. These webinars give you an offshore education that exceeds what other people pay $5,000 for elsewhere, by going to Panama or some other exotic place for 2-3 days - but for less than 1% of the cost....

The webinars cover just about everything you might want and need to know about asset protection, asset protection plans, protection of income streams from taxation, freedom from taxes in general, how to make tax-free money legally, what to look for when setting up an offshore presence or "going offshore", how to conduct business offshore, using offshore entities, particularly offshore Trusts, how to use offshore banking, how to protect your human rights and your personal freedom, how to escape government tyranny by fighting back without putting yourself in danger. All of this crap is really just nice words deliberately hiding the fact that your government seeks fascist powers to destroy our freedom through regulation and control!

If you are OK with that or even support it, you may leave this page now, before your blood pressure rises to dangerous levels...

But if your fear a future under a totalitarian rule that has no respect for human rights, more than you fear a few sporadic terrorist attacks (not counting those planned and ordered by our own government), then our webinars can help you with some of the most imprtant knowledge you need in this area.

You must know that you cannot "go offshore" without putting your heart completely into it. If you do it only partially, you miss out on the most important benefits, such as privacy, asset protection, and tax advantages, and you put yourself at serious risk of getting trapped, if you try to take full advantage of those possibilities without having the legal foundation correctly in place. Sure, you can still obtain some benefits, simply by opening an offshore bank account (as long as you still can do that...) - but you leave yourself exposed to your government's wrath if you are not diligent in regards to knowing the law and understanding when it applies to a given situation and when not. Let it be clear that the vast majority of all information you can get about offshore matters from open on-line sources are either biased or deceiving. The posters either want to scare you - or they want to solicit your business. The information itself might be correct, in and on its own - but that does not help you when it leads you to wrong conclusions, because the most important information is not posted!

Always remember that there is a purpose behind every posting of free information. And that purpose is not about helping you to make a diligent decision that benefits you! If you do not understand what the poster's agenda is, then you have no way of assessing the the value of the information and you will be led to incorrect conclusions because you did not pay attention to what was not said...

In general, you should always be leary about trusting professionals, whose income depends on your choice! If they give you advice that will require that you buy their stuff, you can be assured that their "advice" is inbred with "advertising".

Same thing goes for people whose livelihood depends on a government license. They are not going to risk their business by speaking up against the government's wishes, just in order for you to learn the truth!

For the record, we do not sell offshore legal entities, and we do not depend on a government license. We sell honest education.

"Going Offshore" is not something you add to your current lifestyle. It is the beginning of a completely new way of living life!

It really all boils down to this: If you are happy with the government controlling your financial life, then stay as you are and forget everything about "offshore". If you want your freedom back, then you have to accept that you cannot know everything before you make the decision to start your education on how you can accomplish that goal! No one can ever do that. It is impossible to know all possible consequences of our decisions. And we don't have to. We only need to know enough to be able to make a diligent choice that at least will lead us in the right direction. Once we start the journey, we will have to make adjustments to our plans, no matter what, simply because we get to know more, and that new knowledge should be incorporated into our plans. It would be foolish not to. But this also means that planning the entire journey in all detail, up front, is equally foolish...

As long as that step leads you in the right direction and does not restrict your choices, it is all a matter counting step 2 as the first step of the rest of the journey - continuing at your own pace.

Some common myths and scaremonger

In addition to this, you need to understand that the vast majority of service providers in this industry are more than happy about selling you something that you might think is "an offshore structure", whereas the legal reality is that it is a tax trap... The reason is that, if your name in any way whatsoever is associated with the set-up or creation with such a structure, or you are given any formal authority over it, then you will be deemed "the owner" of it, as far as personal income taxes goes, whether or not you actually legally are the owner! (Mind you, the taxman does not care that a Trust or Foundation does not have any owners - you will be taxed as if you were an owner, regardless, if you use such a structure as if you owned it!)

Yes, there are ways around this! Very effective ways. Also for US citizens. But they are not so simple or obvious that they can be prohibited! As you understand, if you want the full advantages, then the process involves far more than "setting up an account" or "ordering a structure". We will be happy to teach you the details...

You have to understand that the value you can have on an offshore structure has very little to do with the specific legal nature of that structure. It can be a Trust, a Foundation, or an IBC - or any combination of those - and, if you go ahead and order such a structure set up for you, then you will still be liable for including their income on your personal tax return!

Nevertheless, the facts are that all rich bankers and "heavy hitters" in the financial world are already doing this in a much smarter way and have been doing it for decades, if not centuries.

Wasn't it about time that you too took advantage of what they consider their privileges? Or are you OK being a second-grade human?

What you give and what you get

Who says you need to pay $5,000 + travel + accommodation for attending an offshore conference in Panama?

Knowledge is knowledge, and there are much less expensive ways of obtaining it.

You can obtain full and effective control over an offshore set-up without leaving the chair you are sitting in right now! Provided you have access to on-line banking, that is. If not, you might have to accept a trip to your bank, at some time. There is no need for traveling anywhere else, though, neither through the set-up process or later on when you use your control. However, you do need a computer that is less than 10 years old, and you do need reliable Internet access. Without those two, you will not have an easy time establishing the control - and you will have an even less easy time exercising that control.

From the very beginning (which is now), you need to accept that is it not "the structure" itself that matters. Neither is it its domicile, or the service provider who sets it up. In short, any structure, set up anywhere, can be used - if it is set up correctly and used correctly. And any structure, set up anywhere, will be a trap for you and possibly also a ticket to jail if you do not know what you should know about the set-up process, about protecting your privacy, about selecting service providers you can trust, and about using the structure in a legally safe way.

You wouldn't try to fly an airplane without first embarking on the required education, would you? This is the same thing. Except for the fact that this education is not available to the general public, and it is definitely not approved by any government.

Our webinars are 2-3 hours long, and they are like an on-line seminar. You can watch illustrations and drawings, listen to the presentation, snd watch the speaker on video. You can ask your questions all along, without interrupting. You have no long-distance phone charges to pay. No travel. Our webinars are simply one of the cheapest and most effective ways of learning this incredibly important stuff - because you cannot find this information from any public sources! If you can, you can also be certain that those who display it will be out of business pretty soon...

We want to tell you things as they are. And that takes mutual trust.

We know it takes time to build trust, and we do it deliberately in small steps, by asking very little commitment from you, except in case you want to misuse our information for purposes we do not condone. You will notice that we require a very tough affidavit from your side, in order to give you the password for any of our webinars. If you intend to respect our copyrights, you have nothing to fear from those affidavits. But we need them in order to be able to offer YOU the privacy protection you need! And we make no compromises on that.

We are security freaks, though. We do not want anybody in trouble because someone acted in a stupid way. The stuff we teach is certainly not illegal. Preparing the set-up - the technicalities

Our Voice/Chat Room is used for two main purposes:

1. Webinars - which are online seminars, open to certain members of the public;

2. Closed meetings for special invitees on special topics that will be announced directly to the involved parties. This can also be a one-on-one client consulttion.

The public information sessions will generally be advertised below on this page - where you can sign up for them and get your password.

To access the room, you will need to do this:

• Open a browser and point it to this URL: http://www.hotconference.com/conference,30265693,private - which we suggest you bookmark.

• Use an approved username - when you sign up, you tell us your intended username, and we will confirm it or suggest a different one.

• Use a valid password - which you will get from us through hushmail when you sign up for the relevant activity. Instructions for this are given individually for each webinar. You find them by checking the webinar you are interested in, by using the overview below. Please note that you will not get your password until we get your affidavit by hushmail and that affidavit refers to an appropriate payment or other access code we recognize and approve of, and you should not expect us to expedite passwords less than 2 hours before the webinar is scheduled to start!

If you sign up for more than one webinar, you have to go through the sign-up process for each of them, just as you do when you buy tickets to multiple sports events or concert performances. The URL for the room remains the same, but the password changes.

Please do not expect to get assistance with these technicalities 2 minutes before a webinar... Get prepared and test your settings a minimum of one hour before you are supposed to enter the room, if not the day before. If you do check in early, be aware that the pssword may not work yet...

Entering the room

In order to enter the room you do the following:

1. Did you send your affidavit to us, as instructed? If not, then please do so, as you will not get the password until we have had a chance to check your affidavit... And please understand that our office is not manned 24/7 to process affidavits!

2. Use your browser to enter the room at http://www.hotconference.com/conference,30265693,private

3. Click on the link "Sign in" to be presented a control panel asking your "Username", enter the nick name you gave us in the affidavit. Leave the field "Password" to the right of your usename blank - it is only for moderators to use!

4. Just below the field where you entered your name is a field called "Room password": that's where you enter the password you got from us.

5. Whether you are using a public computer or not, please pretend that you do and check the field "I'm using a public computer, don't save my login information"!

6. You submit this information by clicking OK.

7. Once in the room, the moderator and all other visitors to the room will be advised of your arrival, and you will be expected to introduce yourself: First name and city/state/country will do. You can communicate either by voice (if you have a microphone attached to your computer), or by typing in the field for written messages, as in a normal chat room. Both voice messages and typed messages get distributed to all participants.

8. You adjust the volume of your speakers and of your microphone in the lower left corner of the window, where you also find the "Talk" button, which you must hold down with your mouse while you talk, just as you would do with a walkie-talkie. You are welcome to test these technicalities when you log in and the presentation isn't started yet.

9. If you have problems with the connection, you always close the browser window and start over. But you can also log out and log in again. Be aware that the most common reason for "connection problems" is that you are running on a virus-infected computer! (Please check our detailed guide for dealing with connection problems)

Be aware that the quality of the sound you hear and the presentations you see will depend quite a lot on the quality and speed of your Internet connection. But a good dial-up connection will normally work reasonably well, although somewhat "challenged". Unfortunately, a slow dial-up connection will often cause trouble with the quality.

Please make sure that you enter the room well ahead of the start of the event you want to participate in. The room will always be open at least an hour before, often much earlier (especially for first-time events), so you do not have the solve technical challenges in the last minute.

Note: we do check that the participants are only those we have approved, so if you log in with a different name than what we approved, you will be excluded from the voice room. Also, if you log in after we did the check on participants, you might not be accepted, so please be on time!

For security reasons, we are extremely strict about the protocol, so please do not think you can "handle" this without reading and following our instructions very carefully.

You should notice that a "closed" webinar is only open for specific invitees. If you did not receive a personal invitation to such a webinar, then that webinar is not for you. When a webinar is "open", then you are welcome to participate, provided you follow our instructions and procedure!

P.S. A general note on passwords and affidavits: You get the password for a given webinar as a hushmail response to your affidavit, no matter how many affidavits you have sent in before. We do not give out passwords over the phone or in ordinary e-mail, and we do not allow access to our webinars to people whom we cannot identify or from whom we do not have an appropriate affidavit. Those affidavits are legal documents that can be compared to the license agreements for which you click "I accept" whenever you download some software, but they are individualized and personalized.

No credit card?

You will notice that the affidavits call for you referring to a payment you made with a credit card in your own name. This is for verification of your identity. If you do not have a credit card, or the one you have is not in your own name, then you cannot use it for this purpose. This does not mean that you are being rejected, but you just have to follow a different, more cumbersome procedure then, so we can verify your identity in another way.
